Known bugs:
-When in Settings and choosing background, going one way then the other sets back to the previously saved background.
-When using the ccgame updater, you might lose your books. that is because the ccgame contains the content and any books that arent in that content file get removed.

In Progress:
-making the book reader work off of cached books inside the storagecontainer, rather than the bin container, which will allow books to be left alone when using ccgame updater.
-Games

IF YOU RECIEVED AN ERROR
Try redownloading the source. i tend to update this alot so your bug may get fixed overtime.
if it still happens after doing a update, check the list right above this to see if the bug is not yet listed. if it is not listed, please post in this thread explaining what the zunetools bsods top line and top 3 At something.something.something.

nope. pressing back will take you back to the main menu (some apps like the calculator and batterylow require you to press play and back at the same time).

when you switch from one app to the main menu or vice versa, a "Loading..." screen will appear, but it only takes a second or two and doesnt restart your zune. the only time your zune restarts is when you exit the entire app itself.

EDIT:

the game has been updated, i fixed a small bug in the phonebook instructions, along with porting the magic ball application. check updates in the first post for more info.

Good job, and your comment about my app being quick to load and you purposely slowing it is saddening.

Any possible way to make it read how many times an artists songs have been played?

possibly.. that does sound like an interesting idea. and i might think about putting that in sometime in the future im not sure. i could make it read the songs artist name, search for all the songs by the artist, add together all the play count. but im not that advanced at xna yet so it might take a while. thanks for your input tho, i REALLY appreciate it, nobody even writes anything about this.

thank you PIE, i have noticed when i released the 2.3 final there was a few bugs i noticed, so i had to push it back to beta. i have fixed most of the bugs ive recognized, but before i get done i am wanting to improve a couple of more things. right now im trying to aim for a custom background where users can choose their own image as a background, but i am kinda havin trouble saving and loading the data, so the feature might be postponed, today i will try to upload my current work so far.

EDIT:
Looks like i dont have to postpone the background feature after all. i have finally uploaded 2.5 Final, soon i will add instructions for the Now Playing screen, but for now the instruction is simply hold play to access settings, and flick the hold switch on to turn the backlight down in the Now Playing Screen. theres a little number near the top left of the screen, once it hits 5000, the backlight will turn off, to turn it back on press any button

New update. a big thanks to everyone, at first i thought nobody even downloaded this, but i checked my stats on filefront, i had over 60 downloads since monday. im going to try to hold back on updating the open source part, as that might cause some hassle. but i will keep the very top part with the ccgame updater, so you can continue to experience more.

well you have to take into account that a lot of people download their games from bolts big list, so your total downloads would probably actually be more

Unhappy

could you please change your sig. thanks
I think it has gone too far and is inappropriate

p.s: photo veiwer still doesn't work for me, neither does the magic eight ball, also when it boots up, you can't tell what is selected, beacuse both fonts are black, and the selection bar dosen't show up, you have to guess around untill you find the settings. When the blue screen of death shows up, it erases your settings, so you have to guess around again.

don't know if this is happening for anybody else
