The games you have right now are outdated. You'll need to delete those and download newer versions compatible with XNA 3.0 Final and the 3.0 firmware.

I have it ready to deploy. My zune says it's connected but i can't deploy it. The zune is at the "XNA Game Studio COnnect" screen. But The software under "build" Deploy Solution is gray.
Never mind I fixed it.
