Most come with an SD adapter.
The smallness actually comes in handy, especially in cell phones

but way too easy to lose.. so i would say always stick it in the SD adapter or your phone or whatever so you won't lose it that easy.. or else.. if you just leave it there.. and then like a few days later.. you won't really see it anymore.. either dropped or mixed up with some other things cuz of its tinyness lol

That's quite expensive. I bought "free" microSD card with adapter from NCIX.com It was 0.00 after $5 instant rebate, i think.
