alright i need some good tunes to work out to, i do a lot of karate so fast paced and "fighting songs" would be preferable? any help would be awesome

or better yet post ur workout/fighting/w.e playlist

i box regularly and have found the album "genuine sense of outrage" by The Warriors to be an awesome workout album. hope it helps.
