Ok so both of these albums come out officially on June 10th (I already have both of them but thats a story for another day) and both of them are great solid albums. I think Wayne's album is the better of the two but I still love what Plies put together for his second album. I was just wanting to get your opinion.

They're both tight. Plies' surprised me alot, the production is nice. Carter III is really good, not a classic, thought it will labeled as a classic eventually thanks to hype machines like Rolling Stone and XXL/Source, and the cover art being the baby relating him to Nas/Biggie.
Don't sleep on JR Writer's album! Carter 3 = 9 Plies = 8.5 JR Writer = 8 |

I'm a big Dipset fan myself and am ashamed to say this but I haven't heard my man JR Writers album yet. I'm sure it's good though like everything else he puts out.

I had drove to Best Buy myself and bought both of these albums which cost around $15 each....Tha Carter III was like some special edition with I think 4 or 5 extra songs I'm not sure I haven't banged those yet anyways......
Both are good albums I had never expected Babyface on a Lil Wayne album but I was like wow....and its good too. But Plies was just sheer profanity poetry and I enjoyed it.....I haven't heard all his songs but from what I did I really enjoyed it... Tha Carter III: 8.8 Definition of Real: 9.4 Yeah I got decimals like that.
