Selection sucks...

Honestly, I only watch the BET awards for performances. I like it when Monique hosts it because she's hilarious. Will and Jada did a great job too. Their selections for the awards are never that good to me, and they often choose songs that I would've never put in the categories. Any idea as to who is performing?

All that they are letting me know is that
Lil Wayne, Usher, Nelly, Alicia Keys, Chris Brown, and Kanye West are performing and the host is gonna be D.L. Hughley.
Yeah you can sorta vote and hopefully it can be considered to chose a winner at

That's an okay line-up. I didn't realize Nelly had anything big to perform. His new sogns haven't done that...Well nevermind, I take that back. I don't listen to the radio enough to know what's played constantly. Looking forward to Alicia Keys. I wish Mariah Carey and Mary J. Blige were performing. Usher's album is really good so I'm glad he's performing. I can't believe Ciara isn't going to perform. She's been in all of them for the past few years (not that they've been great performances).

Yeah if Nelly was gonna perform something popular then he might do that song he did with Fergie.
And they could be holding back on some performers as well, most of these award shows most likely do that to be suspenseful.
Or at least guest performers.
