Default Attention All Metalheads: Check these bands out.

Alright. I'm always coming across really good metal bands that not too many people have heard of. What I want to do here is to basically start a list of metal bands for people to check out. As I find new bands I will post them in here and I ask that everyone else do the same. I'll start off with a few that I've found in the last few days.

Edit*
From here on out I'll Post band names here to create a sort of master list. I am not taking credit for finding all these bands. If anyone is curious as to who posted which bands look through the posts. Also, I will post all the new bands that I find here as well.

From The Shallows
War From a Harlot's Mouth
Ghosts of a Fallen Age
My Bitter End
Whitechapel
Blessed by A Broken Heart
Nodes of Ranvier
From a Second Story Window
Despised Icon

I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.[/

I've heard of White Chapel.
How about:

Blessed By A Broken Heart (Their double kick is the fastest I've EVER heard)

I've heard of them. I personally think that The drummer for All Shall Perish probably has the quickest feet. Joey Jordinson from Slipknot is pretty damn fast as well. I think he's extremely under rated as a drummer because of the band that he plays in but I think that he is probably one of the best metal drummers.

Here are a couple more bands...

Nodes of Ranvier
From a Second Story Window
Despised Icon
Kingdom of Sorrow (Jamey Jasta from Hatebreed and Kirk from Down/Crowbar's side project)
Abigail Williams
The Agonist
Beneath The Sky

when I first discovered The Showdown a couple of years ago I was stoked. Those dudes kicked so much ass. Their last album was complete and total dog ****. I hated everything about that album from the music to album art and layout. I still listen to their first album a lot though. Otep is really good and i've been a fan since Jihad. I think that the she tries a little too hard now to be deep and insightful. I've seen them a handful of times now and they are probably one of the most energetic bands I've seen aside from Soulfly.

Here is one more...

Forever it Shall Be

I've heard of Nodes of Ranvier and Beneath the Sky, and All Shall Perish is good too,

Have you heard of Demise of Eros?

YES! From Pittsburg? I've got their album Neither Storm Nor Quake Nor fire. It's a great album. Too bad they broke up though. I would have liked to see them live.

Chorus of obliteration was the Showdown's first commercially released album and it was brilliant.

The Demise of Eros album was a little difficult to find. At that time I couldn't even find it on Amazon (though I'm pretty sure it's there now) and i had to have one of my local CD stores special order it for me. He could only find it used but it's in perfect condtion.

Listen to Beneath the Massacre, Rose Funeral, Annotations of an Autopsy and A Black Rose Burial.

Beneath the Massacre is the fast most technical band I've ever heard, and it's not a drum machine either.

Carnifex's new CD isn't as good as their old ones.
Emmure is alright, but they're just like "CHUGGA CHUGGA" every song.
IWrestledABearOnce has the best female vocalist I've ever heard.

Also check out Knights of the Abyss and Elysia.

I've got Elysia's album but I've never heard of the other two bands. Have you heard the Agonist? She's the best female vocalist I've ever heard but I'll check out Wrestledabearonce

IWrestledABearOnce is grindcore, she has a really intense style of vocals I didn't know it was a girl until I heard her sing in one song.
I haven't heard Agonist I might have but i dunno.
Check out Mirror of Dead Faces or something like that, there's a lot of Riverside Death Metal bands that are really good. Motolve Solution or something like that is good.

IWABO is pretty f*cking insane. I'll check out those other bands. I just stumbled across this band called I Declare War. They are pretty f*cking bad ass.
