They're just taking a page out of radiohead's book, yet too late for it to do any good like it did for the former.

Actually no, Trent is taking it a step further by making it entirely free. I don't have to end up paying for a FLAC version.

(But i will have to for a CD so in that case Trent makes money)

Marshillboy, also I'm pretty sure Trent Reznor had this idea before Radiohead did. It's just Radiohead had a new album to release before NIN. It's a great idea and NIN has many more codec choices. I downloaded the WAVs, 96khz = amazing. I have yet to listen to them all though.

Thanks so much for this. Will most likely buy the actual cd too. Only a couple bands i actually buy CDs from. MSI, She wants revenge, and sometimes NIN. And this album is great.

Actually, unlike Radiohead, NIN did this release right with lossless audio files instead of just 160kbps CBR mp3.

Album is a good one for NIN fans in my opinion.
