Fruity Loops but its an advanced program.

Watch this

[/YOUTUBE]

Compare that with the real beat and you'll know the power of Fruity Loops.

If you can get a copy of Adobe Audition, that seems to be one of the easiest and has a lot of great features built in.
If you use Sony Sound Forge you need to get Vegas with it so that you can get the multi tracks out of it.

I'm pretty sure Fruity Loops and Reason are the best out there, but I'm also pretty sure they cost a lot of $$$.

Well obviously nobody else works at a radio station, so I'll say my two bits:

For audio EDITING and almost all tasks audio related, there's nothing that beats good ol' fashioned Adobe Audition 1.5 (NOT 2.0, but maybe 3.0). For loops and making music beds, I would recommend acid pro.

Try Cool Edit Pro..It worked for me. Or Audacity(it's free). CEP is not, but I had a serial.

PM me for it(If I still have it, not sure)

I don't do much music editing and stuff but when I want to make a mix I'll use Pioneer DJ Pro

I use Audacity whenever I need to edit some music to use for a video I'm making.
And.....the occasional ringtone.

Edit/
I'd also like to add that this is my first post ever on Zune Boards
