Has anyone seen the movie Paranormal Activity? I was thinking about going to it some time this week but I would have to drive almost 100 miles to see it. Just wondering if it's worth it or not.

I hear it's really scary.

I went to the movie tonight with my sister (who's already seen it). It was really good. There was a lot of super annoying people in the theater who kept talking but what are you gonna do? A lot of people screamed-boys and girls lol. It was pretty scary and after the first "night" I had to have my sister tell me when a scary part would happen and I still ended up hiding my face most of the time.
Definitely don't go to it solo, or with a friend who likes to talk during movies because it definitely takes away from the experience.
It was great. saw it twice in 2 days(but the second one was an excuse to get drunk)
pretty damn scary.

WHAT?!? i saw it last night, i laughed my a$$ off. The movie was pretty predictable in my opinion. The only part that kind of made me jump was the final scene but thats about it, but it wasn't like i sh*t my pants or scream. it was like when your driving and you see a deer running across the road. Sure it scares you a little, but nothing to get frightened about.
But thats just my opinion.

lol the only movie that was scaryish to me was haunting in Connecticut ..but but i think that was due to me watching it at 2 30am while i was home alone.
i might invite over a couple girls on election day (nyc) to watch it with me ..just to see how much fun i will have.

I saw it 2 weeks ago when they showed it in nyc with my friend and sis and it was really good. It's knid of slow in the beginning and then scary towards the end. But i think the thing that made my scared was the thought of it being real, but then i found out it was fake so i was good. Good scary movie totally worth it.
