looks more like an action movie than a detective movie. I don't see the Sherlock Holmes in it at all..

Sherlock wasn't really an action person. Yeah, he threw a punch here and there, but he was the solving man.

Additional: Interesting trailer. Normally I would get on my soapbox, but it's not like Hollywood hasn't screwed up this character, before. But, some truth is in there - the character was a boxer, was known to be unkempt (sometimes) and he was a drug addict. Interesting in that the last character flaw is something Downey Jr. knows all too well.
