I saw it tonight at the IMAX theater and I am seriously contemplating to see it again at another premier.

Went and saw it in IMAX 3D last night, incredible movie I can't believe the movie had NO back story as this is a complete first for any of the batman series. The lighting throughout the whole movie was dark and mysterious and added to the suspense. That's another thing... the suspense, it's been a long time since I've had that kind of suspense going to where I've been on the edge of my seat and this was an IMAX 3D theatre so the seats are leaned back more then normal to make up for the dome-shaped-screen and holy crap this movie grabs you and pulls you along and does not let up for more then 20 seconds without something happening. Give Heath's family an oscar for this one, holy crap. I have fell in love with batman all over again.

Just got back from my midnight showing.
It was awesome.

My only complaint is that it seemed like it would never end

To all you who saw it in IMAX: you bastards
IMAX is sold out here until Monday.

this movie just rocked my sock off and into another dimension.

sure it went on for a long time, but you stay entertained throughout

Funny story:
the movie starts playing and at the end of the 007 trailer the film melts (kinda seemed like a fade-out effect at first). so they had to tape the film and i ended up watching the 12:30 premier.

I'm gonna go see it in IMAX in the next couple days. It better be awesome, because I may have to shoot myself if otherwise.

Heh. I used those exact words. Posthumous.
Anyone heard if it broke any single day box office records?

Well anyway I saw the Midnight showing and believe me, I fell in love with this movie, it was insanity

I loved how the Jokers minions acted, because that showed classic Joker in them and the way they act around each other. It made the movie even more realistic and very fun to watch because you dont know who would be good or bad and it showed what Joker was really like and how well he made them act.

The Joker was by far my favorite character especially with his witty jokes and sense of humor. Best part would have to have been the pencil scene for him when he comes in. ALL the black people stood up and started cheering!

Better thing about this movie was the people in the theater would applaud or cheer at good parts or they would all laugh out loud

This movie seriously kicks Ironman off my favorite movie list, because of all the action, comedy, and suspense filled scenes

Dark Knight grips you in at the very beginning and doesn't ever let you go for more than 20 seconds, and with all the suspense of who's gonna die or what's going on, it made the movie even better.

spoiler - highlight to read: The way they made Two-Face was incredible it made me mad at Harvey many times but also feel regret for him, especially when he killed them by flipping the classic Two-Face coin.

My Favorite parts would have to have been all the parts Joker started kidding, especially when he wanted his "Phone call" and how he planned that out. And the hospital blowup was hilarious in how he was waiting for the final explosion.

The way they made the hostages dress up and pretend they were Jokers minions was an incredible idea and so were all the other plans Joker made. They were spectacular and I cannot describe them all.

I also think they shouldn't have killed Two-Face in that way and they should've had him catch the coin like the way he died in the animated series. But they tried to set it up for a sequel with Two-Face but I think Heath died before the end of the movie so they had to kill off Two-Face because you couldn't have him without the Joker.

I hope they make a sequel even though heath died because it would be much better if Joker stayed alive and went to get the Riddler or someone else....

It was an awesome movie and they should still make a sequel even though Heath died, but I dont think anyone could act like he did here unless they took their time with it.
