I have no idea if it was refurbed or not. They did send back the same color and size [as in gbs]

Just wondering... when Microsoft sent back your Zune, was it new or refurbed? I'm still awaiting my relatively new ZuneHD 32gb that had horizontal scan lines that were progressively getting worse. Also, did they send you the same model, color, etc? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

LOL no I don't but I do own a Zune 120 a 16 gig Zune HD and a Zune 30. I just put all the devices up there because I don't have a sig so that sort of accomodates for one
