Sorry.... i didnt want to double post.... i dont think that will work.... lol... it would make me seem a little conceded

first you need to upload it to the web somewhere (i use tiny pic) then it will give you the url code for that photo

TO PLACE IN POST:
click this button:

Then enter the url that you got when you uploaded

TO PUT IN SIG:
Go to your user cp, find the settings and options category, then click edit signature
once you get there, put it it just like you would for a post. click save and its done

basically any dark colors....
