-Past experience: I have quite a bit of experience with zune(being a writer at gotzune.com, and having nearly 3k posts), but also have moderating experience with VBulletin as well.
-What forum(s) you want to moderate: Zune Games,zewbies, Zune Talk, General Discussion, really anything works for me.
---How you can help that area I have a general knowledge of most zune related info, will be able to help keep it spam free, and have time to spend keeping the sections of the forums i'm assigned to in order.
-What you can bring to site I am quite knowledgeable with most zune info, have time to spend, and would love to help. Therefore, I can help out people, keep the forums clean, and well, moderate.

I believe that I can help tremendously in many areas including moderating and enforcing current rules and policies and helping out helping people in the support forums

Website designer so experience with phpBB, fireboard, and various other forum types. I have never been a moderator for such an active forum before but I suppose everyone has to start somewhere. I have a huge technical background, I think Dizzy can verify the fact that at least 98% of the time I know how to fix specific things or at least have a general idea of what might be going on.

I want to moderate Help, General Zune Software, Zune 30, Zune 4/8/80, & Tech Help or anywhere else needed.

Because I believe that I can use my technical knowledge and methods to help out a lot of people that come here as a result of bad MS support and I am willing to go above and beyond to see if I can fix any issues they have.

Years of technical experience far beyond what most would be concider normal, website development and concepts, and a great personality and in general, someone who is polite and nice to talk too and wants to help!

I can spend 10-20 hours per week moderating between Noon-9pm EST, more if needed but my manager does need me to actually work every now and then since I'll be moderating mostly from work.

Why you want to be a moderator- I feel like I would be able to help a more by being able to do more than simply post.

Past experience- I do not have moderating experience, but I have plenty of experience with making sure that rules are followed. (Four years of a pre-Air Force course in high school; For two of them, I was in a leadership position.)

What forum(s) you want to moderate- I would like to moderate Zune Games and its sub-forums.

How you can help that area- Not only could I remind people to use the Game Request Template (and Application Request Template), I could remind people to use the 'search' function so as to try to avoid requesting the same game/application multiple times. The same goes for the template for completed Zune games.

Why you want that area- That is where my knowledge would be most useful, and it is my favorite area. I could give my opinion about the practicality of game requests, since I develop games myself and know what games would not be possible to make or would take so long that it is not feasible to do, and guide aspiring programmers with any development questions that they may have.

What you can bring to site- I can bring more order to the boards by enforcing the rules. A few times, I have been watching a spammer post the same thing over and over, and have been powerless to do anything about it.

Hours available to be spent moderating- I am usually on here for at least 3 hours a day (usually a lot more).

Any other comments- I have an average of about 11 posts per day... Of course none of those being any form of spam. I always think before I post, and use my maturity to good use.

-Why you want to be a moderator: i spend nearly all of my time on the games section, and i REALLY think i could help out and clean up the game request sections. This is needed mostly because mainly newcomers do not use the search function or the official game request, it doesn't mean i'm completely going to shut down their ideas, but i will give them a chance to do it themselves unless their had been requested many times before and they didn't follow the official template, and if the idea has some real potential, i may put the correct format myself. I also am always happy to help people out and research certain thing a little if needed.
-Past experience: Unfortunateley i have no past expeirence as a moderator, but i often help out on the game request section.

---Why you want that area: I think the zune has very good potential in this area, and it should be fun to visit this area and easy for newcomers and people interested in it.
-What you can bring to site: I think i can make the site look cleaner and make it the best site to visit for people who are interested about putting games on their zunes.

Why you want to be a moderator: My goal is to keep everything flowing in the Zune Games forums.

Past experience: I've been an administrator of a forum for a team I was on, and am fully capable of displaying the leadership necessary to mod. Furthermore, I have been a zB Programmer for most of my time on this site, and have offered professional advice and quality software throughout my tenure here.

What forum(s) you want to moderate: Zune Games

How you can help that area: I can help keep the Game Requests forum pollution-free, categorize the Dev Discussions/Dev Help/Beginners threads, and otherwise take care of game-related business.

Why you want that area: Zune Games is by far the primary section that I frequent. Additionally, I'm already in the zB Programmers, making this forum tree a natural fit.

What you can bring to the site: I have extensive programming experience (esp. in C#) and can bring that to the table. Furthermore, the Zune Games forum is only getting busier and currently only has Netrix on duty (it used to have both LedZepp and ZuneNerd). Sharing the load would help result in more effective moderation.

Hours available to be spent moderating: 1-5 hrs on weekdays (depending on workload/other plans), more on weekends

Any other comments: Anyone who frequents the shoutbox knows I am one of the most extensive participants there. Additionally, I have delivered both quality and quantity w.r.t my assistance in the Development Discussions and Game and Hack Support forums.

-Any other comments - Haha applying is a bit diffrent from last time, and the staff seems alot different too. I know last time I was offered a position on Jr. Staff I disappointed, espically Greg who pushed me to apply. That was an off time for me, I had little focus on anything, I have since reformed many of my habits, Jr. Staff wasnt the only thing I was blowing off and it bit me in the ass and woke me up. Sorry ive been so long winded but I would greatly appriciate a second chance to redeem myself and give back to the site.

-i feel that with my knowledge of the zune and computers growing very fast that i should mod the support sections (either software or device will do) ( this means ANY of the support sections whether just about computers or the zune.)
