You can go to a local credit union and get a checking account, then you can make a paypal account.

OR, you can go to walmart and get a money order for .49

Yes, you can have a debit card at 15, I did, still do, but there is a whopping $1.14

And this is precisely why I own a debit card. Online purchases and donations are so much easier this way... I hate having cash around.

let me rephrase that. I don't hate the idea of cash, I just don't like carrying it around all the time. I carry a bit, but not to much, because you can't cancel bills like a debit card. Theft is common here

yeah i understood what you meant i was just saying as an addition to your comment that i would rather have cash because i feel that i dont spend more than what i have with me and it keps me from overspending nomater the situation.

hahaha I'm not broke per say..just 2 factors

1. I have cash..not a lot but cash doesn't help with online donating
2. My dad is a saving freak..every check I get he takes all my money and put it in the bank, So I'm left with the impression of being broke
