Well, I guess the joke would be easier to guess if I actually listened to cra...erm...rap. Personally, I'd get that shirt just for the geek value, not for the rappers. Though, this really isn't that funny. Happens all the time. Like the Korean knives that say "Keep out of children," or other such things.

DMC was hiphop not rap, actually most would stay they founded hiphop.
Now whats really funny is a sign down the street from my house that says "Slow Children At Play".
