It is a leek. The thing is called leekspin. The site was taken down but I found that mirror. The song it levan polka. Yes it is Orihime. I've spent 17 hours straight staring at it. But it's very catchy if you get a chance watch the music video for it. It's been nicked named loutoma girl.

also it's just jiberish. The old site had a timer that told you how long you'd been going.

It's actually a negi, which is similar to a leek. And it's "Loituma," named after the Finnish band that made the song.

And yeah it's ridiculously mesmerizing. The actual moment in that episode of Bleach was pretty funny too.

The site was made after the animation itself... and it's referred to as a negi in the original episode of Bleach from which that clip was taken. And jeez no need to get all huffy about it.
