Replace HD w/Compact Flash?

Hello,

Has anyone successfully replaced the hard drive in a Zune with a Compact Flash card (and a ZIF-to-CF adapter)? I know the hard drive is the same in a Zune as in a 5G iPod, and I've personally done a Compact Flash card mod to an iPod Video... But now that Zunes have gapless playback -- and I've heard such great things about their sound quality -- I'm a little intrigued.
