Zune To WMP11 ZAlternator Trouble!!!!

I'm having a problem. I did the step by step instructions and used ZAlternator to switch my zune to WMP11. But every time I try to sync a song to my zune via WMP 11, it says it won't work becuz either i don't have permission to or i don't have the right proxy. Can u please help!!!?

I have the same problem someone please help! By the way I am using vista if that makes a difference.
