You guys seriously need to get some organization going.
The idea of weekly meetings was good, but the thread discussing it died.. very bad sign.
Someone step up and start getting sh*t coordinated.

1. I think you were on to something with the downgrade with Fiddler. I have a slow connection so i kept getting errors when i was downloading 1.1 to upload. I wont tell you exactly what i did so you could figure it out by yourself. Just Use fiddler (I used v2) and reformat your zune, firmware and all. (Hint: first time let it run through normally and you will see what you need to do)
2. I was trying the downgrade and the program that opens the zune (Im stuck theres no command that tells the zune to open sync).
2. I am going to make a hidden private wiki for us to manage and organize all our data and crap we have so far.
3. Not any that I know of right now.
And btw, we SEVERELY need weekly meetings. For real.
