Band Logo Request!!

Hey everyone!! I know that you usually dont see requests like this...most of them are for sigs or avatars. I am looking for someone to make a logo for my band!!

Band Name: Resolution 541
Size: it honestly doesn't matter, nothing too small..it should be big enough to be usable for CD covers or even potentially T-Shirts.
Theme: Well we are an alternative rock band..so nothing too simple or too busy..

I just want this to be something where you can express your creativity and just have fun with it!

Can you upload a picture of your band posing in a group or a live performance, preferably a pose like this. More head on eg drummer in the middle with guitar and bass on either side singer in front.



Whats the name of your album.

The logo will be put on the cd cover ad a copy for you, but I love doing cd covers.

A little advice is to decide if you want a logotype or a symbol. Or just the band name in words, or an actual symbol. No matter which you choose, it needs to be a vector image if you want it made to fit on t-shirts as well.

Loveandhatejw: We aren't, at this point, looking for a CD cover, but your interest is greatly appreciated! i will definitely let you know when we're at that point. We already put out a demo CD with a band picture on the cover, so i dont think we'll be doing that for the next one.

Sktr: I think what i'm looking for with this is a logotype WITH a symbol..like the logotype in the foreground and the symbol more in the background? I'm not sure how to explain it, but something similar to this:

What is the story behind "Resolution 541"?

Loveandhatejw: Well we're a christian alt rock band..so our name shows how God is our resolution to everything and 541 is Psalm 54:1..i just didnt mention that because:
1. I know people here have different beliefs.
2. I dont want a cross in our logo

I'm not sure how i feel about the sporty font...and the 541 is all one number.

Is Mise: I REALLY like it!!! I cant think of any changes you could make to it..maybe just get a few different versions of it like a bright neon green and a neon blue?? Still with the black background and white "resolution"..otherwise it is perfect. And another thing, because this one is so good, i would really like to see what else you're able to make if that isnt too much to ask.

I know this is a bit off topic but, Link us to your tunes...
.svg can be resized to any size, that's the nature of vector graphics. It does calculations so it basically draws it again...

Wow! Thanks a ton for all of the options. I really like the first blue one best, and yes i do like the fade a lot. I really appreciate all of the work you're putting into this!

For the filled in green circle, it seems a little to Martix-y..and i dont know..something just isnt clicking with the papyrus font. And as far as the neon went, i meant solely the color of the blue, but scratch that, because i really like the blue that you chose.
All in all, i would really appreciate it if you could get me a large, high quality version of the blue with the fade, and maybe one of the blue without fade just because.
Other than that, if you can find the time, i would really appreciate seeing more of your work, and you dont have to stick with the circle theme. just experiment and have fun with it!
