So welcome to the new GFX crew recruitment thread. We at the GFX crew have decided to take things in a different direction in how we recruit. We think just submitting a bunch of graphics would not be the best idea.
Instead, from now on, in order to get into the GFX crew, you must pass a test that will be PMed to you. This test will require you to make three iterations of what we want. We might ask you to do a specific theme(Maybe depending on what Holiday is coming up). Well, you might ask yourself "What's the point of this thread?". Well, this thread is still where you post if you want to be recruited.
If you wish to join the GFX crew now, you must post the following quote: "
I want to join this great crew. Please PM me a test to test my skills." Now, to make sure you actually read this,
I also want you to name a fruit on the next line(As in press enter after typing the quote). It may be any fruit, but you cannot repeat the fruit of the person who posted before you. But you may name the fruit of the poster two posts before you.
In order to be allowed to take the test, you must:
-You must have already contributed to the community 5 times. You can do this by replying to request threads. If there are none to post in, offer your experience to other members, I am sure they wont say no.
-Active for more than two month on the boards with at least 50 posts.
-Had not applied for GFX crew less than two months ago.
What we look for when we go over your test:
Quality - Of course Great Graphic artist do not leave jagged edges and so on. If you want a good chance of getting in make it the best quality possible. .png required.
Size - Has to fit with our guidelines here at Zuneboards. BELOW 600x600.
Theme- Actually fits with the theme
Actual work done- There must have been some work done to the actual picture you're using.
Anyone who has applied recently may reapply again. We're giving everyone a clean slate, but please actually read the whole thing. We mean it.
