Its very good. The only comments I would make was the edging and the main persons edge also, other than that, I like it.

Well, I agree with all of you about the edging... I had a hard time erasing around Dustin, and a white residue was left, also, that black is on it's own layer, and without it, everything looks really uneven and not finished... what do you propose I do with it?

First it should be on top of all the layers, second, skinnier.

I worked on it a little bit. And locke, I tried putting the flame elsewhere, but I really couldn't find a better place. I liked how it looked.

What are you using to render the guy? Whatever you're doing, it's not working. Also, move the border to the top layer, lose the flame, keep the flamey logo. You could also try mirroring the guy, put him on the other side, and putting the logo on top where the guy's head used to be.

I'm not using anything... I'm doing everything by hand. I don't know what else I should use.

That looks considerably better. And when you say "by hand," I pray you don't mean "with the eraser." Pen tool+feather edge is the way to go.

Oh, and while I'm at it, try to give some detail and depth to your name. Make it look like it belongs on his clothes.

Yes, I mean with eraser... I'm not the best with photoshop (in my digital art class, we used something completely different, it has almost nothing in common with photoshop.)

And I'll work on that.

That's because you hate text. It can be done, he's just doin' it rong ®. The trick isn't to just make it transparent, it needs to look like it's meade of thread and sewn into it. Maybe like one of those iron-on patches. Now, how to do that I'm not entirely sure, but I'm guessing textures would be your best bet here.

I was trying to do that, but it just ended up looking goofy. I could probably draw it by hand, but I have no scanner. I really can't use a mouse to draw things (I'm left handed, but I use the mouse in my right hand).

I'm left handed and use a mouse better in my right hand than my left; suck it up. That or get a tablet.

but them's tablets are so expensive! I also use a mouse better in my right than my left... but that doesn't mean I can draw with it!
