Macromedia Flash 8

I was gonna upload a disc image file i have with Macromedia studio on it but upon looking at the stuff for filefront im not sure if i should as it says if you upload pirated stuff then you get your details passed on to authorities. Im not sure if this would count as pirated software because it still needs serials...
