i spent the last 20 minutes going from page 1 to now. They certainly are looking much nicer, and it's only been a few months. Good Job! It's inspired me to begin with avatars. (I could show you guys the only one I've ever made if you want to see it)

Glad i can inspire you. I have ( I think ) come a long way from day one. Maybe you should start a thread like this one.

I don't exactly know what the first two are, but i love the contrast between the light and the dark. Veryyy Nice!
I like this technique with the lines of light going diagonally across the sigs (dunno what it's called)

the first one is good but i think the black border is too big

the last two are a good idea, but the colors dont match imo.

I had an idea and didn't execute it properly with the last two. It looked fine until i added the stroke around the edge. Ill revamp it.

Its my wall with a light on beneath. Created a very nice gradient. IONO.
