Zuneboards Gamercard

O.k. guys, I thought I'd post this one in here since I don't seem to get much respone in the general discussion forum. Anyway, here's what I'm working on for a Zuneboards Gamercard. What do you think? Comments and criticism are welcome.

I haven't decided what font or color to use for the Gamertag which will go across the top. I was also thinking of doing a different one for each Zune color if I can borrow the awesome miniature Zune icons that Wetworker uses on the Zune Contact Cards. I was thinking of putting it in the upper right.

Looks good, but the ZuneBoards logo seems a little stretched.

O.k. I redid the ZB background so it isn't stretched. I was just trying to fill space

Looks awesome. Looking forward to updated versions. My 2 cents is moving the gamer picture to the left and the points and recntly played games to the right.

O.k. I updated the card a little. I expanded the gray behind the ZuneBoards logo to fill correctly, and I reduced the transparency to brighten it very slightly. Also, here is a version that has the image locations swapped.

O.k. now I added some highlights beneath the gamerscore and zone. I only updated the first style for now and not the one that is reversed. Just scroll up to see the changes in the initial post.

O.k. I will try to finalize them soon, I'm just waiting for Wetworker's official approval for the mini Zune icon usage along with one for the white Zune.

O.k. guys I've got the design finalized and remembered to save my project file so updates will be a cakewalk. As before, just look at the two images posted throughout the thread here to see the standard and reversed versions. Although they aren't pictured, I've also created the versions with the black Zune icon, so as soon as I get in touch with wetworker for approval, I will make them live and create the cards for the white Zune owners. Thanks for all the feedback/rep/encouragement!

The time has finally come! ZuneBoards Gamercards are now live at www.360gamercards.com

There are 2 versions for each color, they are basically the same, but reversed. I hope you guys enjoy them!

lpx, if there is a better place you'd like to post this for more coverage, please feel free to move the thread or create a news item or whatever you feel is best!

Find a friend with one and signup for xbox live Silver (free), then you can at least have the gamertag even if you don't ever gain achievement points.

If anyone has been having trouble with their gamercards generating, I apologize. I just found today that a couple of the scripts got corrupted yesterday, but eveything should be fixed now. I also updated the site so gamercards generate below the entry form instead of above it. This is mainly so that larger cards don't negatively affect the presentation.
