photoshop brushes/plugins etc

what brushes/plugins/filters/actions etc do you guys use?

I've never used actions before, but I have several nature and tech brushes. I have no filters other than the original ones that come with PS7.

im trying to find good ones online, and would not be opposed to links or torrents appearing in my pm box *cough*

to collect a fairly large number
of brush packs. To be honest,
I don't believe I've even used
them all. >.> As for filters, I
just use the defaults on CS2.

The easiest way is to just Google the type of brush you need. There are several online sites that offer free brushes for anyone to use. All you need to do is make sure that they're compatible with your version. I believe all brushes (old or new) can be used with newer versions of PS, but not all new brushes will work with older versions.

This has been bugging me, these brushes

I downloaded some brushes and put them in multiple locations in the Adobe Photoshop folder and it will not work, how to i install them and make them work?

you save your brushes here, you
have to restart it to get the brushes
to show up on the list. Otherwise,

Hey Dark, do a search at deviantart.com for Plugins, Brushes, Styles etc. You will find tons of brushes that people have made to share.

As far as brushes I use some Blood and Drip brushes, cracks and fractr etype brushes, bruise and welt brushes and some shape ones as well. Got them from various artists on DA.

Yeah, i just had to look but I found a "load brushes" option so that worked

After you restart and they are in that folder they should appear in the same box area as the Load Brushes selection and that jazz. Plugins are in a similar area except it's the plugins folder instead of the brushes folder.

Yeah I use Deviant Art as well. The have a lot of nice brushes.
