New Zune software will not install: Error Code: 0x80070643
Hi I am new to this site however I have owned a 30 gb zune for 3 years. It has worked great and I have accumulated over 4000 songs. However about 2 months ago the software asked for an update. I procceded to start the update however it would only go about half way through and bring up and error message. Being stupid, i uninstalled the software and tried to reinstall it with no luck. I now have no software and I am unable to store new songs, or put them on my zune. I have searched about every forum possible, including this one with no luck. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with zune support and got nothing. The error code im getting is 0x80070643. No idea where to look. Need serious help, this is very annoying.
Also, I tried to download older zune software and that also did not work. It said I needed to have the correct permissions for the key. I checked my permission and I have all of them. This is annoying. Please help. Thanks
