Default Frozen while reformatting
I was reformatting my zune (back + up and while it's restarting hold back + left + center) and it froze...

Does anyone know what to do or how to fix it?

Let the battery drain and see how it is when you charge it up again.

ok now its not frozen anymore and it continued the formatting. I get up to the step where it tells me to plug it in a cp and it updates the firmware. Everytime i update the firmware i get error c00d11cd.

Anyone know how to fix this?
