Default Music in Watched Folder not showing up?

Hey, everyone

So, I have stumbled upon a little problem that I can't seem to get around. I find that I have certain CDs that are stored in the 'My Music' folder in my C drive that my Zune software monitors and is supposed to update with new CDs that are added to there, blahblah

Well, I am having an issue.. There are three folders in there that just aren't showing up in my Zune software as being there. I can go to them manually and add the songs to my Zune now playing list, and they'll play then, but they're not listed under actually being in my collection in the Zune software.

Anyone have any ideas on this? It's stumping me :|
Also, another issue I seem to be having..

I have a folder on my desktop that contains quite a few CDs that I, at one point, had in my Zune software. I put them all on my Zune and deleted them from the software, but I still kept the music on my computer. Now, if I choose for the Zune software to monitor that folder and add music to my collection, it refuses to do that, too.
Seeing as my Zune is on the fritz right now, I don't have the option of just importing it from my Zune back to my collection, though, so that's where my true issue is.

Thanks for your time, I hope someone can help~

Default

1) go over to zune.net (support page) and use the search box to find the media collection reset tool. Run that, and assuming the files you are missing are zune compliant, they'll show up.
2) If you delete tracks from your collection (without deleting them from your PC) the software assumes you meant it. They won't show up again unless in the software settings (collection) and click the 'restore media previously removed from collection' button.
