okay so ive been having a terrible issue with the zune software. the older software wouldnt let me check for updates, so i took someones advice and attempted to unistall it, using this page: How to remove and then reinstall the Zune software. when i got to the last step, and i try to install the 4.0 software, a page comes up saying "failed to connect". i have no idea what to do i am so lost. PLEASE HELP!!!
