Default Zune software freezing

Hello all,

I have a weird problem where Zune software freezes up when the video graphics is at premium or above basic.

The strange thing is that with 2gigs of ram it's fine no problem I can use the software with no problems. Added 2gigs for a total of 4gigs of ram and now have these problems.

I have tried reloading and installing different OS's with no success.

The system is older but here are the specs;
Acer 360
NVidia chipset and video.
AMD X2 dual core 4200.
4gigs of ram.
Was XP now Windows 7 (32x)

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

actually you have 3gb of ram ..32bit OS only utilize 3gbs so i would recommend getting a 64bit version. also RAM has nothing to do with video.

as for the other problems :how much memory does you graphics card have?

Thanks..

Yeah, I upgraded the mem. to go to x64 os. The strange thing is with less memory (even 1 gig) it works..(Tried it with 1g then 2g with no problems slower with 1g but worked)

Video has 512K

I was going to try a new video card.. Sound like an idea???

Thanks
