Default Software won't pick up an mp4 o.o
Does anybody know why it does that? I downloaded a magnificent blu-ray quality copy of Monsters vs Aliens and the software won't pick up the file. I have Iron Man and The Dark Knight of the same quality/format and the software has no problems with those.

most likely the bit rate is too high

just to be sure right click the video and tell me the "total bitrate"

As embarassing as it sounds I can't figure out how to find the bitrate. @_@

right click the video >properties>details tab
