Newbie problem with ZUNE indexing
Folks, I'm completely new to the 30GB ZUNE player my wife bought me. (The firmware is 3.51 (50) and bootloader 435.) I'm very familiar with computers but, frankly, find this GUI a little confusing.
The problem is trying to get a playlist I made for a Bible program to load the files incrementally - by book and chapter. Many did load correctly, but scores are "out of order" and a pain to change. The left hand-column list the files numerically, but the file names are in the wrong order. I see I can 'drag" a playlist file into the right incremental spot, but there are far far too many (thousands in total). Are there any tools or hints on how to edit the playlist or the file attributes therein (specifically the fielnumber: 1, 2, 3, etc.) so I can listen to this (and other audio recordings) in the order they were made?
