Default Zune software asking me to buy music?

I recently (this morning) got my W7 Ultimate disk from MS, so, I backed up all my music (all running fine on my zune installation on my W7 RC), formatted, installed, everything went fine. Installed the zune software, put my music in my folder, ok, the zune software picks up about 2200 songs, which is correct.

Now, I go into my playlists (which transferred over properly), and the zune software says "In collection" or "Buy" (pic below). WTF? all my music is bought and paid for, and has been for years. How do I get rid of this notice?

Thanks for any help

I didn't buy them through the zune store, I've never purchased anything there.

I think some of those are carryovers from when I had itunes, but they have worked flawlessly up till now on several different softwares.

well im assuming its a DRM issue so this is my quick fix: download(for free) those songs that dont 'work anymore" using a "special type of software"

yeah, that is my next solution if I can't get any way to clean those up

any idea how to remove that column? I'm a little OCD, and it bothers me.

So are you saying those tracks actually don't play through the software? I have the same issue with the Buy button being displayed for many tracks that are DRM free, but they all play perfectly fine. Seems like for some reason the Zune software is not recognizing those songs as "owned" by me, which is annoying.
