Zune account issues
I was having an issue with my Zune and need to ship it to Microsoft. Anyways, I created an account, registered my Zune and went through the troubleshooting and all that to get a service ticket and thing to mail.
When I tried logging in this morning, it went to step 2 of the account creation page where you select your country etc. and then where you create a zune id. So, I tried the one I used yesterday and it said it was taken. I picked a different one, but the Zune is no longer registered to this account. I can't re-register it either.
So that means my ID exists and Zune is registered to it, but its not attached to the email I used. And yeah I checked any other e-mail that I would have used.
I didn't get a confirmation e-mail or anything from them either about, well, anything: the account creation, the service (so I don't have a ticket number) etc.
I printed off the shipping thing last night so I can still send it in, but would like to see this resolved so I can track it.
