I've tired everything plz help

so everytime i load up zune stuff the pop up that talks about error and needs to close comes up, and i cant installl the new update, when i click install nothing happens to the installing bar, i was on the phone for almost 2hrs with this and got tired so ill try again tommorow,

i have renamed the drm folder in safe mode and it didnt work

i have installed the firmware 3.5 and that didnt work

i have uninstalled all verisons of firmware and then installed the newest one and that didnt work

plz help my account got auto renewed even though i was told it wouldnt and now it feels like im paying for nothing and i have a trip in 2 weeks
