Help with zune software 4

Hey.. well i recently got some new songs and it seems i'm unable to see them on the zune software, their format is mp3 so that's not it... they are in the folder i told zune to add the music from... so... i dont know what is it... please anyone help me.. thx

Where did you get the songs from? If you got them from a place that puts DRM on their songs, you won't be able to view/play them in the Zune software.

I have a similar problem, I am missing an entire band, they are mp3s, there is no DMR. I tried using the Zune Media Reset Tool from microsoft but that just errored out. The only other thing I can think doing to resolve this is uninstall the zune 4.0, and remove all of the zune databases.

Have either of you tried dragging and dropping the music into the software while in collection view? That sometimes helps.
