Default Unable to sync video

All right, so I've had odd random syncing issues with my Zune recently, which prompted me to reformat my Zune, with no improvement, and then use the features to delete data on it and have my software forget it, which seemed to resolve the problems. That was all pre-4.0. I didn't bother to re-sync any of my videos after that, though, as I wasn't that interested. I mention this to show that I can't isolate this problem to 4.0, as I didn't test it on 3.5.

Now since upgrading to 4.0, I've decided to sync some videos. Dragging both videos from my own, non-Zune, collection (that I've synced in the past), as well as episodes of The Guild, now results in nothing. It says "10 videos added" at the bottom, and then I jump to the Status section and they're not in the Now Syncing section, and nothing's changed. It continues whatever business it was up to, if any, and tells me sync complete, with no videos having actually been transferred.

Anyone have any ideas, here?
