how to remove artist from smart dj

would like to know how to remove an artist off of smart dj. i deleted all the music off my computer and put it on ext hard drive. not even sure how 4.0 knew this. or maybe its defult message is "your music is on ext hard drive please plug it in and try again" . i like smart dj but have no use for it and i like a clean none used look. any music i listen too is on my rack (1996) sterio. have the 2 hugh speakers that rock the house. gatta love thoes big old wood speakers.

I'm not sure I understand the scenario, but if you don't want to listen to music on your computer, why not uninstall the Zune software?

go into settings -> music and remove any monitored folders

that dident work. i still have necro in smart dj while necro is out of my computer.
