Yeah so I just installed the 4.0 software and my computer said it installed the driver for my zune and that it recognizes it,
but when I go into the actual zune software,
my device says connected for about 3 seconds and then goes back to the normal screen.
So pretty much I have a zune that I cant update nor add music too.
And I just got a new cd -.-
If anyone can help,
I would greatly appreciate it.
