Default Can't sign in
Hello everyone.

I can't sign in from the zune software, when I click the sign in button it says "Can't sign in. This functionality is not available in your region". Error code C00D1353

I live in Baltimore, and I have no idea what's wrong. I have the newest software.

Can anyone help me?
