everytime i try to bring up the program to install a pop comes up saying such and such probley zune needs to close, its always done this on the old software and i can still download songs and stuff i just drag the box out the way so i dont think thats the problem, after i agree to terms i click install and then nothing happens no numbers of % come up, and the intall line thingy dosent go up.
depending on your pc specs ..the installer wont actually start right away try waiting at most 15mins with ALL programs closed (&virus protection) and press ctrt-shift-esc together and see if it shows up in the applications tab ..if it does that means its running(look at its status)
