Reverse Sync Problem

All of the music that I've ripped is on my laptop right now and I recently updated to 4.0. Since then, I decided to download the Zune software on one of our desktop computers here but I can't get the songs from my laptop on the desktop.

I've tried reverse syncing my collection (only 1,377 songs as of right now) by connecting my Zune to the desktop and dragging over the music under 'device' to the computer symbol in the lower left corner...

But after the sync is done, only a few, if any, of the songs from each album gets uploaded. Usually I end up with 1-3 songs per album. When the sync was done, my collection only had ~350 songs in it....

Has this happened to anybody else? Is it because of 4.0?

I'm doing this with a Zune 120.

EDIT: OK, I might've actually figured it out myself. I wasn't aware that it had to be set to 'manual' under syncing options, and so far it seems to be working for me. Sorry about the double post.

OK, so I mostly got it to work. Every song but three has transferred over, but I can't figure out how to get those three. I've tried grabbing the individual songs to sync and it looks like it's working (shows the % of the sync process) but then it just stops and doesn't go to my collection. Any advice?

EDIT: All three songs are by the same band, each from different albums. I don't know if this makes a difference but it stands out to me so I thought I'd add it.
