Thank goodness! I AM LOGGED IN, FINALLY!! It was my Norton Internet Security software. I actually removed it, but there remained some remnants of it still on my pc. So, I had to call Norton so they could uninstall it completely. After that, I could log into the zune software and access itunes store. I was having that issue as well. So, I would suggest anyone having this issue to go in safemode with network connection and see if you can log into zune software. If you can, that means something in normal mode is preventing your connection with the software. Maybe, like me, it is your antispyware. Good luck. I's going to bed now.
