I just got my Zune HD several hours ago, and I've tried to work with the software to try to setup a new Zune account. I created a Zune Tag that was available, then on the next screen the flash errored up and sent me back to start over again to enter my details to start a new account. Well, now it tells me that my Zune Tag was taken, and well. there's no one else in the world that would use it, as it's quite unique. I know I tried registering it, and now it won't let me sign in because it's not configured correctly. Who would I speak to to resolve this issue, and appropriately link these accounts? Thanks!
