Zune doesnt connect to PC

hey guys. first post. yay
so. i've been struggling fur a couple of weeks now, trying to get the zune software working. finally made it tonight at 11:09. had to activate windows firewall, get ver 2.5 and after a while i made it thanks to some posts. now i'm trying to connect the zune to the PC-via usb- but when it says installing drivers its gives me an error message saying the following( it says it in spanish but i'll translate it for you)
-installing software
-search for recommended driver.(or w/e)
-windows found drivers for the device, but an error occured when trying to install it.
Zune(it shows the image)
the service can't be started, because it's disabled or because it has enabled devices associated to it.
if you know who made the device.......

Description of Fix in Full Detail:
Manually installed drivers from file twopointfive.exe. stopped vista from looking for drivers manually and all set.
Driver installation error
