how to get your zune to resync with PC when it's not syncing

For XP:
1) go to the start menu
2) click run
3) copy and paste this into the run box: services.msc
4) click OK
5) find the Background Intelligent Transfer Service
6) left click once on that
7) on the left hand side it should give a brief description as well as a stop link and a restart link, click restart
8) Uninstall and reinstall the zune software
9) open it up and see if it works
10) if it does enjoy and your welcome

For Vista:
1) press the start button
2) type in services in the start search box
3) click on the services app (should have 2 gears on the left hand side)
4) click on continue
5) click OK
6) find the Background Intelligent Transfer Service
7) left click once on that
8) on the left hand side it should give a brief description as well as a stop link and a restart link, click restart
9) Uninstall and reinstall the zune software
10) open it up and see if it works
11) if it does enjoy and your welcome

I've actually never had any problems like that in over 1.5 years, perhaps longer.. But here's the thing, even though it's of no help as of yet, maybe someone might ask or I might end up with that kind of problem, and thanks to that, I'll have an idea what to do. I guess. I'm not sure if it really will help or not though, because I've never had that kind of trouble before.
