[SOLVED] I need zune help!

ok here is the problem my zune will not symc a movie. i have used every converting software i could and tryed to sync it and it wont work on the zune software when i go to status it says converting pineapple express! i already converted it though i need help, is there a way to put it in a podcast form please help!

It will usually always convert, as it needs to convert framrate and screen res to the Zunes formats. (30fps, 240x320)

Make sure you are converting in the right format. It must be 320x240 resolution, under 30 frames per second (fps) and in either .mp4 or .wmv format.
